Terms of Service

Findovo helps you organize belongings and remember where you stored them. The service is offered from Mexico under the trade name Findovo and public name Victor Pozos. Contact [email protected]. Use of the service is governed by these terms and its Privacy Policy.

Findovo is for persons aged 13 and over. Minors need a parent’s or guardian’s consent where applicable. Keep Google account credentials secure and provide accurate details. Android launch registration and sign-in are planned to use Google only. Some features require an authenticated session.

You can organize objects, user-described storage locations, kits and Ready Check and, depending on your access, use synchronization, Households, reminders and backups. Findovo is not a tracking device and does not guarantee recovery of property or timely delivery of alerts. Do not access others’ accounts, bypass security, distribute malware or use the service unlawfully; report problems to support.

You retain rights to your content and authorize processing necessary for requested features under the privacy notice. Upload only information and images you may lawfully use. Household content is visible to members according to permissions. A Household owner must transfer or remove their Household before account deletion. Deletion clears identifier-linked authorship and neutralizes relevant activity while preserving shared objects and locations; free text or historical mentions may need a support review.

Findovo offers free access and may offer Premium subscriptions through Google Play. Available trials or promotions must disclose eligibility, duration, later price, currency and terms before acceptance; no trial is guaranteed. Internal technical tests are not commercial free-trial offers. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew under the store’s displayed terms until cancelled. Manage subscriptions and seek refunds through the store, without waiving statutory rights. RevenueCat restores store entitlements, not inventory. Deleting the app or account does not cancel purchases or request a refund.

Reviewed flows store item, kit and profile photos locally and omit them from JSON exports. Requested visual Ready Check analysis may send an image to an AI server; external AI questions may send inventory and conversation context as described in Privacy. AI may be incorrect: verify suggestions and Ready Check results. Feature access requires suitable settings, network access and availability; continuous operation or accuracy is not promised.

Exports are partial: no photos, Household data, scheduled reminders, credentials or Premium access, and not every provider record. Keep exported files and destinations secure. Restore requires a valid export for the same account, at most 8 MB, and an online cloud check. Preview and confirmation add missing entries while respecting existing entries and recorded deletions. Restoring data does not grant Premium or bypass limits.

You control alerts and permissions in the app and on the device; delivery also depends on operating systems, connection and external services. Biometric/device locking is not a guarantee of security for every copy. Maintenance or changes may affect availability. Applicable statutory consumer, privacy, warranty and remedy rights are not excluded.

After verifying identity and accepting the request, Findovo starts background deletion; acceptance is not confirmation of completion. Technical retries and justified exceptions may apply while legal deadlines must be met. Shared content remaining available does not automatically justify retaining personal data subject to deletion.

Use of Findovo does not transfer rights to its name, design or software. Your content rights and third-party components remain protected. Changes will state their effective date and significant changes will be communicated appropriately. Mexican law applies where relevant without depriving you of mandatory consumer and privacy protections in your region; no exclusive court or blanket waiver is imposed.
